Some good eats in the past couple of days!
Oatmeal-cinnamon pancakes… with cocoa powder and pure maple syrup! Yuuuuum.
For some reason I always insist on shaping my meals into a face… ‘turkey’ wrap with mustard, hummous, lettuce, chopped onion, veggie protein ‘cheese’ on a whole grain wrap with two baby sweet pickles! And an egg/salsa omelette. ¡Delicioso!

This is my new blog… I guess I should start by introducing myself! My name’s Catherine, or Catie. I’m 15. I’m a vegetarian, and have been for almost four years. I love food and I love to cook. So last night for dinner I made the best savory crepes I’ve ever had! They were goat cheese, mushroom, and spinach crepes.
They don’t look very pretty, but boy were they good!
I get sooo bored when I’m home all day…
:) 2 slices of WW bread with a slice of Morningstar ‘ham’, a slice of pepperjack cheese, mustard, and lettuce! 2 black olives, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 3/4 of a banana!
The other 1/4 of the banana…
Sliced it up, put cocoa powder and sweetened coconut on top, baked it and added a slice of almond for crunch! :)
I think I’m gonna have a couple oatmeal pancakes for my mid-afternoon snack.
